Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you’re using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website (e.g., during contact, quote, or testimonial submissions), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from those images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment or fill out a quote/contact form, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment or request. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely to allow for follow-up recognition and automatic approval.
For users who register (admin only), we store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information (except the username). Website administrators can also access and update that information.
Quote and contact form submissions are stored in our records for customer service and project reference, unless removal is specifically requested.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted a contact form, quote request, or left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including data you’ve provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for legal, administrative, or security purposes.
